NanoGLO takes nanoneedling to the next level with the infusion of botox, hyaluronic acid fillers, and GLOTOX. Results can be seen immediately, but are mostly seen within 2-5 days after treatment. The procedure can be done as often as every 1-3 months, doing several treatments throughout the year will continue to improve the overall appearance of skin. There is minimal downtime with slight redness day of procedure. A numbing cream is applied so you are comfortable during the treatment.
We recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages to decrease your chances of bruising.
Avoid anti-inflammatory drugs Ibuprofen, Aspirin, NSAIDS
Avoid NSAIDS ( Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, Vioxx ) aspirin, Vitamin E, or Ginko Biloba. This will reduce the possible side effects of bruising and/or swelling in area(s) of treatment. Please check with your physician if you're on these medications for medical reasons.
Makeup, lotion, sunscreen and literally everything else you might put on your skin must be removed from the area being treated before your appointment. If you forget this one, our provider will help!
Do not wash your face. Don’t touch, manipulate or apply any pressure to the treated area, and remain as upright as possible.
Avoid activities that cause you to sweat, hot steam showers, rigorous exercising, saunas, and swimming
After your treatment, moisturize the treated area with a thin layer of Aquaphor® at least three times daily for three to four days. This will reduce any irritation and promote healing. After your treatment we recommend using our GLO PACK system everyday for 3-5 days. This system comes with 3 steps you do daily. A gentle cleanse, a collagen boosting serum, a healing & brightening arbutin mask.
Use SPF 30-45 broad spectrum daily. Avoid sun, hot steam, saunas, and waxing. Use barrier protection such as wide brimmed hats. Refrain from scrubbing the area or using any exfoliators, actives, or irritants.Avoid facials, massaging or aggressive exfoliating in the area treated.
